Líofa 2015

Dia daoibh a chairde, we here at EasyIrish.com are excited by the Northern Ireland Minister of Culture, Arts & Leisure’s ‘Líofa 2015’ initiative. Líofa which is the Irish word meaning fluent, is an initiative that aims to have 2015 people from all walks of life to become fluent in Irish by the year 2015. The initial target when it was first launched was to have a 1000 people fluent, it has now surpassed that and 2015 is the new target. Click here to view the launch of the initiative via youtube.

It also publishes a monthly newsletter that aims to support the people who have signed up with information about upcoming events and stories from members.
